Between the Rocks – Kommetjie

Slangkop Lighthouse rises between two ancient rust-coloured boulders as a wild Atlantic swirls and foams around the rocks in silky long-exposure motion. A brooding teal storm sky presses down overhead, casting the entire scene in a moody, cinematic light that feels both timeless and urgent.

Shot from sea level among the rocks, this low perspective transforms a familiar landmark into something raw and elemental. The lighthouse stands calm and resolute against the gathering storm — a beacon of constancy in a turbulent world. A bold, atmospheric piece that commands attention on any wall.
